Boat Docks, Then What? - Your responsibility.

First off, the vessel holding your cargo will dock and be unloaded in Suva. The Lautoka cargo will be transferred via road HMC LCL and will have their own customs and Bio check in Lautoka. It takes around 3-5 business days to devann, unload and sort a container.

The first day of release may be communicated to your consignee via sms/phone-call  by our agent in Fiji and there will be a free storage of 5 business days from then to remove your cargo. It is the responsibility of the shipper/consignee to stay informed of the location of the ship using the link we provided. The call/text message sent by our devanning agent is only a courtesy provided by our agent in Fiji. It is the shipper and consignee who bare responsibility of tracking their cargo location, docking date and date of collection, and staying in communication with agents on the ground about the first release date.

We are are not responsible to anyone who is unaware of the first release date, nor the last day of free storage. All efforts have been made to communicate to and educate shipper and consignee, of the location of your cargo, by tracking link, address and contact of Fiji agent via bill of lading. The responsibility lies entirely with the shipper/consignor and receiver/consignee

Track your cargo, call the agent and be proactive when it comes to the release/collection days.

Thank you.
